International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

Tomorrow, Thursday 31 March, Elementis plc will present and explain the unaudited consolidated results of the Company converted from UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (UK GAAP), as presented on 17 February 2005, into an International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) basis for the year ended 31 December 2004.
