Advantages
REACH 103 and AACH-7171 (Aluminum Chlorohydrate) are enhanced efficacy actives used extensively in aerosols by many multi-nationals.
Procedure
- Combine Phase A, B and C in a suitable vessel until smooth and homogeneous with an overhead mixer equipped with turbine blades (10-15 min/300 rpm).
- Slowly add Phase D and mix until homogeneous (10-15 minutes).
- Add Phase E and mix for 5 minutes.
- Homogenize concentrate at 5000 rpm for 10 minutes.
- Fill concentrate in aerosol cans and charge with propellants Phase F and Phase G.
