REACH 301L has a lower Aluminum:Chloride molar ratio than Aluminum Chlorohydrate, and therefore, represents a step up in the level of wetness and odor protection.

Formula ID:
  1. Mix Phase A and Phase B and heat to 80°C.
  2. In a separate container, mix and melt Phase C and Phase D by heating to 80°C.
  3. When clear, slowly add Phase E and Phase F while maintaining the temperature at 80°C.
  4. Mix using moderate shear to emulsify.
  5. Stir for 15-20 minutes to complete emulsification.
  6. Cool the mixture to 55°C to get a cream-like soft solid.
  7. Add REACH 301L to the mixture while stirring.
  8. Mix for 15 minutes and cool to room temperature.
  9. Add water to make up for the evaporation loss during mixing process.
  10. Mix thoroughly.
