Advantages
MICRO-DRY 323 is the most popular aerosol grade of standard Aluminum Chlorohydrate. It is often used in products that meet the minimum FDA performance criteria, but may not be extra effective.
Procedure
- Combine Phase A, B and C in a suitable vessel until smooth and homogeneous with an over head mixer equipped with turbine blades (10-15 min/300rpm).
- Add Phase D slowly and mix until homogeneous (10 min).
- Add Fragrance and mix for 5 minutes.
- Transfer above made concentrate to homogenizer and mix at 5000 rpm for 10 minutes.
- Fill concentrate in aerosol cans and charge with Isobutane.
