Advantages
ULTRA ZAG A77 is our most effective enhanced efficacy superfine powder. Use is recommended in “clinical strength” or equivalent products. The use of several high RI non-volatile oils results in very low visible white residue on skin.
Procedure
- Mix all ingredients except ULTRA ZAG A77 and fragrance.
- Heat to 82°C to get a liquid melt.
- Add ULTRA ZAG A77 with continuous mixing.
- While maintaining temperature at 82°C, mix well to disperse solids.
- When done, begin cooling.
- Add fragrance at 60°C and mix well.
- Pour into stick containers at 52-55°C and cool completely.
