Advantages
REACH AZP-908 is an effective enhanced efficacy AAZG superfine powder. The use of several high RI non-volatile oils results in very low visible white residue on the skin. Silicone fluids are not used in the formulation eliminating any concern about supply availability.
Procedure
- Mix all ingredients except Talc, REACH AZP-908, Polyethylene and fragrance.
- Heat to 82°C to get a clear liquid melt.
- Add REACH AZP-908, followed by Talc, then Polyethylene.
- Sir and maintain the temperature at 82°C.
- Mix well to disperse solids. Begin cooling while stirring continuously.
- Add fragrance at 60°C and continue to cool while mixing.
- Pour into stick containers at 55°C and cool completely.
