Procedure
- Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 75°C.
- Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 75°C.
- Add Phase A to B with propeller stirring.
- Homogenize briefly to ensure a good emulsion has formed.
- Cool to room temperature with propeller stirring.
- Adjust pH using Phase C to 6.5 - 7.0.
