Advantages
RHEOLUXE® 812 is responsible for improving viscosity and promoting rheology control. Compared to the control formulation, without RHEOLUXE® 812, the viscosity is increased by almost 3 times. It also contributes sensorial properties when evaluated on curly hair.
Procedure
- Combine Phase A ingredients with propeller mixing and heat to 75-80°C.
- Combine Phase B ingredients and add into Phase A. Continue mixing and heating for 15 min.
- After 15 min, remove heat and slowly add Phase C to main batch.
- At 45°C or below, add Phase D.
- Add Phase E and continue mixing until completely homogeneous.
- Adjust pH to 3.5—4.5 with phase F.
