HSE

Within the last few years, we have implemented several key HSE initiatives, including our Basis Safety Process, task-specific risk assessments, Life Saving Rules, and HSE Leadership training.  These programs provide a consistent approach at all of our operating locations and facilities.  The programs consist of Supervisor & Management Daily Walk-through inspections, Weekly Supervisor inspections, and Monthly inspections by members of the Safety Leadership team.  We utilize DuPont’s Take Two for Safety program to identify hazards of non-routine tasks or events.  Our Life Saving Rules define behaviors and expectations for working safely.  Finally, our HSE leadership training defines roles and responsibilities required to maintain our HSE performance.  These initiatives along with our HSE management system are key in maintaining HSE Excellence.
