Job Description
Ø Must be incredibly passionate about selling specialty chemicals at a premium in the Indian market for decorative and industrial coatings. It will be advantageous if candidates have more expertise in South Asian nations.
Ø Candidate will technical back ground having Tech Service / R&D experience and want to move to commercial role, will be an advantage.
Ø Candidate should be able to independently develop, organize, and implement an annual sales budget that meets all financial objectives for the organization.
Ø The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing key accounts in the coatings sector.
Ø The candidate must be extremely passionate about developing business relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Ø It is necessary to have a thorough grasp/understanding of import incoterms.
Ø Work in accordance with Elementis global and regional business strategies.
Ø Collaborate with a local technical service team and a global R&D team to find and capitalize on new business opportunities and products.
Ø Demonstrate ability to analyze, draw conclusions, and create solutions for customers.
Liaise with sales support, and customer support on day-to-day operation with proper communication to customers.
What will it take
Education: B.E / B. Tech (Chemical / Polymer Science) / M. Sc (Chemistry), Preferably MBA
Experience: 10 to 15 Yrs max
Special requirements: Prior experience of working on Water based / Solvent based formulation in R&D, will be an added advantage.
Traveling required: Yes 60% and above
