This position will support the existing portfolio through formulation development and sensory testing. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing sales support.
Job Description
- You will be responsible for direct interface with the sales team and customers to provide technical support and solutions.
- You will design new marketing data and formulations driven by customer needs and market trends.
- You will be responsible for the evaluation of sensory, stability, and efficacy performance of materials.
- You will present new data to the market via conferences, trade show speaking engagements and white papers.
What will it take
Education: A bachelors degree or higher in a life science.
Experience: 3+ years experience in personal care formulating and/or ingredient testing
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with a strong capability for presentation creation, Project management software
Language Skills: Verbal and written fluency in which language(s) English, Mandarin
Working arrangements: Lab position, on site 5 days weekly
Traveling required: Trade shows, customer visits as required.
