FANCOR® MEADOWFOAM SEED OIL improves skin moisturization and spreadability.
Procedure
1. Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 75-80°C with propeller mixing.
2. Cool to 75°C with propeller mixing and pour into containers.
3. Allow to cool to room temperature.
