Procedure:
1. Combine Phase A and heat with mixing until Avobenzone is solubilised. Add Phase B and homogenise until uniform.
2. Combine Phase C and add to Phase A/B slowly with propeller mixing. Keep mixing for at least 15 minutes or until cool.
