Procedure:
1. Combine Phase A and heat to 75°C.
2. Combine Phase B and heat to 75°C.
3. Add Phase B to Phase A using a propeller stirrer, then transfer to a Silverson homogenizer and mix for 10-15 minutes.
4. Transfer to Propeller mixer and stir till approximately 25°C.
5. Add Phase C with stirring.
6. Add Phase D with stirring.
7. Measure pH and adjust with either Lactic Acid or Sodium Hydroxide to about pH 3.5-3.8.
