Procedure:
1. Combine Phase A and mix with a propeller stirrer.
2. Add premixed Phase B to Phase A using a Silverson Homogenizer for 5 minutes.
3. Combine Phase C and add to Phase A/B using a Silverson homogenizer. Mix for 5 minutes until uniform.
4. Switch to propeller mixing.
5. Add Phase D to batch with propeller stirring.
6. Adjust pH as necessary with 10% Citric Acid solution using a propeller stirrer. Keep stirring for 30 minutes and check pH.
