Procedure
- Combine Phase A and homogenize until uniform
- Add Phase B to A using a Silverson homogenizer. Homogenize for 10-15 Minutes. Keep temperature below 20°C using a cooling unit.
- Add Phase C and homogenize briefly until Ascorbic Acid is fully dispersed. (Final viscosity will develop over time, but it can be poured into containers while still in liquid form)
