Silky Cleansing Melt
This fine and smooth cleansing balm delivers good spreadability and a nice feeling on the skin after washing off.
Advantages
BENTONE GEL® PTIS V provides suspending ability during the crystallization process of waxes, giving a fine and smooth appearance, while adding good spreadability.
THIXICIN® R PC helps to build the balm structure and provides good thixotropic properties.
Details
- Combine Phase A. Add Phase B to Phase A using a propeller mixer and mix at a high speed until uniform.
- Add Phase C to Phase A/B and mix using a propeller mixer at 200 rpm until uniform.
- Add Phase D to Phase A/B/C and mix using a propeller mixer. Heat to 85-90°C. Mix until uniform.
- Add Phase E to Phase A/B/C/D and mix until uniform.
- After all ingredients have dissolved, begin cooling with a propeller mixing.
- Add Phase F below 80°C and mix till uniform. Pack-off hot.
